OpeningSignal aggregates publicly available data about newly opened US healthcare practices from public sources (NPPES National Plan and Provider Enumeration System, state licensure boards, Google Business Profile). We do not collect, store, or process any patient health information (PHI) or protected health data subject to HIPAA. The information we provide subscribers is limited to publicly available business contact data about practices, not patients.
